Not all water pickup is equal — a shop vac and a truck-mount extraction unit produce very different outcomes on the same flooded room.
Our Scarbro, WV Water Extraction crews run truck-mount units capable of pulling far more volume than portable equipment.
Our Scarbro, WV truck-mount units pull significantly more water per hour than portable extraction gear.
We identify the contamination category before extraction to determine the correct safety protocol.
We use specialty injection systems designed to dry hardwood from underneath rather than defaulting to tear-out.
You get documented proof of extraction progress, not just a technician's word.
Below is the actual technical scope behind a Water Extraction job in Scarbro, WV.
Truck-mount capacity lets us clear a flooded room significantly faster than portable units alone.
Water is tested and classified as Category 1, 2, or 3 before extraction protocol is finalized.
We extract carpet and padding as distinct materials since they hold and release moisture differently.
This specialty method can save original hardwood that would otherwise require full tear-out.
Extraction continues below the surface layer whenever subfloor readings show trapped moisture.
You receive documented proof of extraction completion for your own records or an insurance claim.
Tell our Scarbro, WV dispatcher what happened so the right extraction equipment gets loaded.
Equipment is pre-loaded based on dispatch notes, so there's no delay on arrival.
You'll know the classification and cost before work starts.
We don't sign off until logged readings hit the target, not just until it looks dry.
